We were quite impressed by the size of these markets. It has a very artistic feel to it. We loved the huge variety of beads, jewellery, clothes, imported articles for your house and live music.

We even met one very friendly artist from Beat Me Drums who didn’t mind putting on a performance for our cameras. He makes all the drums himself using hardwood timber and goat’s leather.

Like all good markets there are plenty on offer should you feel hungry.
